Steve Carroll – Broker, Owner

Steve has been in real estate purchase & sales for over 3 decades. His very first personal home purchase was a bank foreclosure in 1989. Since then he has handled tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions both in the UK and, since 2001, here in N.E. Florida. He lives locally with his family. Coming from England he does talk with a funny accent.

Clive Davidson – Realtor.

Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, Clive’s another one who talks with a funny accent. However he’s one of the most genuinely decent Realtors out there, truly caring about his customers, and an all-round nice guy. Clive says:

“I have been living in N.E. Florida since 2001, and like most Realtors I love to list homes for sale. But I also work extensively with buyers, and have four property investors who I help to find properties for rentals and flips. Katie Roddy – Realtor.

When the opportunity presented itself for a cross country move in 2017 from Southern California to Florida Cynthia and her husband Scott packed up and made the move. It really was the best decision for their family, and they are loving life here in the Sunshine State. Having made the move is extremely helpful when advising and helping buyers and sellers in preparation for relocation. When she’s not searching the listings on the MLS you can find her out and about with her husband Scott and her two Goldendoodles (Oliver and Gemma) exploring life in Jacksonville. She has two handsome grown sons (Jordan and Brendan) that also live in Jacksonville and as a family they enjoy get-togethers, barbecuing and boating.

Rebecca Mager – Broker-Associate.

Rebecca’s specialty is flipping homes. She has a keen eye for the finer details and is nuts for her dog Samson. Rebecca says:

I have a 14 year old Yorkie named Samson who goes pretty much everywhere with me and runs the show.
